Zena is a rescued cat whose favorite spot at the AL shelter is inside a soft blanket with her friend Zaatar, another rescue. Her story is a perfect example of why we do what we do.
Zena was first found as a kitten on the streets of Beirut. A kind woman fed the cats in the area every night and luckily Zena’s mother was one of the cats who received the benefits of this feeding station.
