Creamsicle (or Cream for short) was rescued screaming from fear from a car engine. We suspect he was torn away from his family when the car owner drove away, leaving him in a totally new environment completely alone. He was covered with dirt, which also affected his eyes, was starving and extremely thirsty. His kind rescuer kept him at her place and took care of him every day. After careful veterinary care, Monroe was lucky to come out with only a broken leg that has healed and she only limps on it.

We received reports of Snickerdoodle who was stuck on a roof yelling in pain because of some kind of cloth wrapped tightly around her waist and so she wasn’t able to move – she was dragging herself helplessly. We thought she was paralyzed! Thankfully she wasn't actually paralyzed, the tight material was stopping blood flow to her legs. She's in perfect health now with the most beautiful eyes. She is still scared and is in between being frightened trying to hide and then wanting cuddles but she's becoming braver every day!
