Unfortunately, the kittens got stuck up as they had no clue how to get down to safety. Our team managed to rescue them in time but since they lived on their own without human company they are scared of people at first. For 7 years, Dante was cared for by local police officers and was known as a very sweet dog. When police moved away the people in the neighborhood continued to care for him.One day he was viciously attacked by a motorcyclist just because he was annoyed from the dog’s barking, according to witnesses in the area. Dante was stabbed multiple times, shot at close range, and someone attempted to mutilate his ears! One of his legs had to be amputated because of the severity of the damage caused by the bullets. Despite this horribly traumatic experience, Dante is very friendly and affectionate and only wants to spread love. He also doesn't let his missing leg affect him in any way! Leia was abandoned with her siblings Luke and Kenobi and left to fend for themselves. When rescued, they had a virus causing severe eye infections in addition to being weak, dehydrated, malnourished and covered with fleas and ticks. Kenobi's tiny body was sadly too weak to fight and she passed away but Leia thankfully made it and is doing so much better today. She is completely blind, and she will need eye removal surgery when she becomes an adult or if she feels uncomfortable. This never stops her from being very playful with our staff and Luke! Lori was spotted shivering at the entrance of a business building seeking refuge from the freezing cold. She looked very frail and so she was rushed to the vet where it was discovered she was suffering from many issues such as diarrhea, anemia, fungus, obstruction of gallbladder, severely rotten teeth and was full of worms and fleas! Treatment was immediately started as her blood tests indicated she is in urgent need of hospitalization and IV treatment. She also underwent teeth extraction surgery. Today she is much healthier and happier! Lori is very friendly but can also be a little shy. A loving and patient home is the perfect way to help Lori come out of her shell. She made her way to the middle of the highway, crouched against the cement partitioning and squeezed her eyes shut. It rained on her all night as she lay unable to move. A woman driving on the highway the next morning, saw her and grabbed her with one courageous move.
After careful veterinary care, Monroe was lucky to come out with only a broken leg that has healed and she only limps on it.

Oscar was found in distress on the street by an animal lover, likely after being hit by a car. His rescuer rushed him to the hospital for urgent care and later reached out to us for help with medical follow-ups, concerned about possible internal bleeding. Upon further examination, it was determined that Oscar has a minor jaw fracture that is expected to heal naturally without surgery, as it isn't causing him discomfort. He is currently at a boarding facility where he is slowly recovering but a forever home is ideal for him to fully come out of his shell as he is a little shy. Rocky was was found by a compassionate animal lover after he fell from a building and was bleeding from his mouth. Despite reaching out to several places for help, it was our team that stepped in to offer the critical care he needed. We immediately coordinated a vet check-up and provided Rocky with painkillers. Unfortunately, an x-ray revealed a severe leg fracture that requires surgery. Rocky is currently still recovering from his surgery and will be available for adoption once fully healed. Despite everything, Rocky is a total sweetheart and is patient and loving with everyone around him.

Youni was at a coffee shop where she was loved and cared for by the owners, waiters and all the customers. When Youni developed an Abscess we were contacted to help . The vet diagnosed that her right side salivary gland in her mouth was inflamed and he drained all the fluid and puss in it ☹ She had to undergo antibiotic treatment to fully fight the infection and inflammation. Her immunity is still not good and while everyone at the shop were looking forward to get her back it was decided that it would be best for her to remain under the care in a home and not on the street. She continues to have eye irritation causing the lids to be red but that doesn’t stop her from being affectionate all the time.
